"Check in was a breeze as the 2 ladies at the front desk were helping customers in a timely and organized fashion. Our room was clean and did not have any funky smells which is always a plus. The Downtown Inn & Suites is an older facility but it is kept clean. The bed was fine and our room met our needs for our stay."

"The hotel was generally well-maintained, bright, and clean on the outside, which gave a good first impression. Our room was comfortable overall, though we did notice a few hair strands on the shower room wall after checking in. The biggest downside was the gym — there was no AC, only a fan that didn’t help much. It also needs shades, as the space gets extremely hot and sunny during the day, making workouts uncomfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit."

"Great location. Walked to our concert at Harrahs Cherokee Arena. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance too. Didn’t realize there was only valet parking-$30/night. Coffee maker in our room didn’t work and no free coffee or breakfast provided by hotel. Otherwise the room was clean and nice. Comfy bed. And staff was extremely nice!!"

"If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room."
