"The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The staff was somewhat helpful but not very friendly. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbours snoring as if they were in the room with us. And don’t be fooled by the pictures, even though the gondola runs above the hotel, it is not a ski in/ski out hotel. You have to walk 500-750 m to get to the lifts on very icy roads. And everything is extra, from using the fridge in the room, to the breakfast buffet and the hot tub. "

"The decription on Expedia was bed and breakfast. There is definately no breakfast. This property was in a lovely location with beautiful views, but not served well by busses. The property was clean but lacked facilites. There was a microwave but no plates or knives and forks. The restaurant oposite was lovely, food delicious and the owners very helpful. "

"The address is confusing, locals don’t even know the name of the hotel. Reception staff is nice, walked with us to the hotel itself which is about 2 blocks away from where we checked in, otherwise i would have not found it. Room is spacious but AC is broken. A window kept opening in the bathroom, broken too. Will not stay there again. "
