"This was a stopover on the way to local sights in Wales. The room was a bit disappointing. We didn’t find it super clean, the ceiling was low(top floor room), bathroom small, shower didn’t drain well… with that said it was quiet and the little restaurant was decent. We had dinner and the server was very nice and made sure we had what we needed. The meal was ok. We have stayed places much better for less. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

"It was a lovely place to stay as we were up for a family wedding nearby there were 6 of us so we all fitted there comfortably. Our host was very nice and welcoming and there were a few treats for us to use as well which were very welcome.Would definitely stay here again for longer next time for a holiday,pretty central for visits to locations to view.Very happy with the facilities and location very quiet even though it is a working farm."

"I love Barmouth and usually go about twice a year. For this trip I travelled solo and stayed in a single room (I’d stayed previously when Seascape was under previous management). Room was perfect for my needs: just a place to sleep and chill out for an hour or two during the day between meals and beach walks. The room is compact but well appointed and cleaned to a high standard. The room also boasts a beautiful view of the beach and sea. Regardless of the weather it’s a real joy to have a view like this first thing in the morning when waking up. New owner is lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend Seascape."
