Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, private swimming pool, living and dining areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.

There are no shared facilities. The villa is completely private, ensuring comfort, security, and total freedom to enjoy the space at your own pace.

Housekeeping and maintenance staff will only enter the property during scheduled service times or upon request, always respecting your privacy.

We respect our guests’ privacy while always being available when needed. All communication can be done conveniently through Airbnb messaging, and upon check-in, our front office team may also invite you to connect via a group chat for quicker assistance during your stay.

Whether you need local recommendations, housekeeping requests, or any support at all, our team is just a message away and happy to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Security Deposit (Refundable )

A security deposit of IDR 500,000 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided that no damage has occurred and no items are missing from the property
House Rules

Check-In & Check-Out
* Check-in time: 3:00 PM
* Check-out time: 11:00 AM
* Early luggage drop-off: Available upon request and confirmation with our reservation team.

Security Deposit
* A security deposit of IDR 500,000 or the equivalent in another currency will be required and refunded at check-out provided there are no damages.

Cleaning & Maintenance
* Daily cleaning service: Available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
* Amenities: Included and provided.
* Toilet usage: Please do not flush any objects such as tissue, tampons, cotton buds, etc., into the toilet.
* Scheduled fogging: Regular fogging is scheduled to keep mosquitoes and bugs away.

Go Green Initiative
* To support the Go Green campaign for a better and sustainable environment, linen and towels are changed every two days. We appreciate your help in conserving water by reusing your towels.
* If you are leaving the villa, please switch off all electrical appliances.

Loss & Damages
* Any loss or damages to buildings, furniture, electronics, linens, or accessories will be charged directly to guest at cost price.

Safety & Liability
* The villa is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
* Pool use: There is no lifeguard on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Please supervise your children at all times.
* Do not put metal objects into the Microwave
* Do not leave your children or infant unattended or alone.

Parking
* Parking is available. Please ensure your vehicles are parked in an orderly manner.
* For your safety, there is a 24h CCTV installed in the parking area.

Prohibited Items & Substances
* Drugs: No drugs are allowed. In accordance with Indonesian law, drug offenders are subject to the death penalty.
* Smoking: No smoking in the indoor area of the villa.
* Durian: No durian allowed.
* Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises.

Quiet Hours
* Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep loud noises to a minimum out of respect for our neighbours.
