"The hotel is very good. The room was well cleaned and the products were of good quality. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us with luggage and parking the car. The location is good as well, near to a big shopping centre."

"Customer service was terrible at Kuzey park (games area) When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations. Wifi didnt work in rooms. Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still ..."
