Hotel was ok. Room was extremely hot and couldn't adjust the temperature. Also mixed nessages at breakfast - we were a group of 6. Some got an egg and others had to pay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The high standard of cleanliness, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the hotel’s excellent location—within close proximity to Istanbul’s main attractions and shopping areas—significantly enhanced my experience.
I was particularly appreciative of the hotel’s assistance in organising both the day trip and the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise & Show. These arrangements were handled efficiently and contributed greatly to the overall quality of my stay.
