Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very convenient to explore the area. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The only small point for improvement would be the breakfast. While it was acceptable, it could offer a bit more variety and higher quality. However, this was a very minor issue and did not affect our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well located place with exceptional service. We will happily stay here again.

AC wasn’t working the staff was not helpful Manager has one of the worst customer service they gave us fans to spend the night and won’t refund us the money we have pictures of fans in our room when AC wasn’t working I talked to expedia people and provided them pictures but they don’t care about the customers who pay money to book hotels and flights but at the end expedia is on the hotels side they’re policy is that no matter what customer says hotel managers are rite and the customers are wrong but overall this hotel is crap and don’t book your room at this hotel

The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice stay, walking distance from all important spots, breakfast was very good and the view very nice.

The main hotel is amazing with great access to the major sites of Sultanahmet. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stat is perfect, as good or better than hotels like the Ritz Carlton that I have stayed at in the past.
