"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. "All staff were pleasant, and to me this is very important, with lovely welcome vibes. The hotel front and parking facilities is great. The hotel front and lobby is very welcoming to guests. Our room was beautiful, large, clean, and the bathroom was very nice and newly refurbished it seemed. The view was amazing! The sliding blinds were a really good touch so we could have the doors open. The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good! Breakfast is continental as expected, minimal choice but enough. We checked out and I took some time in garden. Beautiful for celebration events too. Before we left we ordered an espresso out front (an unexpected complimentary from the manager) Thank you and we will return on our next travels.😊"
