Lone Tree Lodge: Semi-waterfront with private beach, dock, boat launch + buoy

"This property was great for our group of 12 people (3 family’s). The hot tub was nice touch for the cool mornings/evenings (we went late August). House was very clean upon arrival and the beds are super comfy. The house had a ton of space for our group both indoor and outdoor for the week we spent there. Amber is a great host, met her on arrival and at checkout and she was quick to reply when we had questions before our holiday. The waterfront space has a cute little walkway to the beach area and keeps it separate and private from road. Would recommend this property for large groups!"

"You can’t beat that view!! Water front and gorgeous views from every room. The condo itself is very charming and cozy and perfect for just 2 people or 6. The outdoor space is perfect. Monica was quick to respond and very kind. The complex is unique and the residents were very nice and helpful. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others."

"The place is spotless and had absolutely everything you needed. restaurants and Grocery stores are very close and if you needed anything done from the owners, they were there very quickly. Great place to vacation. The owners are very nice people making the experience that much better"

"Stayed for one week in early August 2026 — Unfortunately, our stay coincided with wildfire smoke and poor air quality, which affected our experience, but this was obviously outside the host’s control, so review is focused on the property only:Pros:-house was spacious enough for 10 of us to gather comfortably, share meals, play games, watch movies etc.-the property is right on the water with very close access to the shore, including its own dock, which was nice for swimming and paddle boarding- beautiful views when visibility is clear- air conditioning- toilets and plumbing all worked well- peaceful and quiet location- owner was responsive to issuesCons:-sofabed and regular bed mattresses were noticeably uneven and lumpy -the BBQ propane tank was empty and we had to refill the tank ourselves with reimbursement from the owner-basement had very low ceilings (mentioned in previous reviews) and was quite cold at times because we couldn't control central air conditioning very wellBottom line: we paid over 9K for seven nights, which is quite high, so we were expecting a more elevated experience. But it met our needs to accommodate 10 of us together comfortably, plus waterfront access. The wildfire situation put a damper on our ability to fully enjoy the outdoors, but it was still a pleasant space and environment to be in."
