"We enjoyed the hotel very much but had a housekeeping issue. We were there five days and on the second day I let the desk know we would not need housekeeping. On the third day I assumed they would clean the room and bring fresh linens. They did not. I called and they said they would send someone up. They did bring fresh towels, no hand towels or wash clothes, cups or glasses. Had to call again. Over all we loved the place and the people we were visiting said they would recommend it to other visitors."

"This was a disaster booking. The week of travel we kept an eye open for directions of check-in. Delays in response to our emails! Stalling used by Travis! Upon arrival we received email that there were plumbing problems and it would not be available until Tuesday. This was on Saturday leaving us with no reservation for two (2) week stay. Then a couple days later, Andy, my husband, rode over to check on house. There were other renters in home. We were told by them that they came in Saturday evening. Yes, we got a complete refund after the fact; however this does not take away the awful start to our vacation, the stress and anxiety we were under trying to find a place us to stay!!The description is false. No swimming pool. "
