"The parking is a joke!! They say it is 5 dollars per day, but it ends up over 6 on your credit card due to fees. You can't pay at the desk, you have to scan a QR code in the parking lot, enter personal information including your credit card. Such an inconvenience over such a small parking fee. If you are not that experience with scanning codes on your phone or entering information on your phone this will be a nightmare. The phone and alarm clock in the room didn't even have cords. I guess they are there just for looks. I realize all of us use our phones for alarms and obviously phone calls, but why even have them in the room if they are not plugged in. "

"We loved the Hyatt and location. The staff is so amazing and the breakfast is delicious with many choices. Unfortunately and not Hyatt’s fault, our room had about a 5 foot sticky area and we had to put a towel over it so we wouldn’t stick to the carpet. They couldn’t move us until Sunday night so we ended up staying in the room. Even though reported several times, no one ever came to investigate it."

"Overall my stay was satisfactory and I would stay there again. The shuttle downtown was great, the food selection for breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that you could hear the neighbors room door close and the walls were pretty thin."
