"The room was not that clean. The shower was disgusting. The gym and pool were really small. Breakfast was ok waffle mix was completely empty and very small area. I will not stay here again it wasn’t what I expected "

"Room and hallway were musty smelling. Room was not very clean. Tv kept buffering so it was hard to watch anything. Pool area looked like it had never been cleaned. Breakfast wasnt hardly edible."

"I had to clean the hot tub out before I could use it because there was a black ring around it and big black chicks of something or other came out jets as well. But after I cleaned it by only using a spray and water it was great. And not to mention the room was never vacuumed at all there was bits and pieces of stuff u could see to the eye. But other than that staff was friendly and place could use some cleaning for sure. Hallways were filthy dirty. "

"Hair dryer was tied to the towel rack with part of a trash bag. Outlet cover in our room didn’t cover all of the hole in the wall. Refrigerator was very loud and one of the beds had springs that made noise with the slightest movement. "

"Unprofessional, mismanaged, didn't follow protocol, messed up the reservation, not very smart. Not sure how they/multiple employees hold a job there. Must be slim pickings."
