"My 4 year old loved her kids ‘den’ and the painted picture of the furry characters on the wall. As the place is clearly aimed at children a step stool for the sink and a flip down child sized toilet seat would have been good considerations. Water park floor and floors throughout the hotel were not clean but hardly surprising given the number of people there. It was so loud! We had to shout to hear each other most of the time. If you have sensory issues or want to eat reasonably healthily (not too much grease and sugar) plan accordingly! Plenty to do there and early check in was pleasantly easy and free!"

"Another amazing weekend stay at my favorite hotel in Milpitas. Everything was wonderful from the room to the food. Decided to check out the Ribeye Steak this time and I was not disappointed. Tender and perfectly cooked to temperature by head chef Darius. Definitely will be getting that again. Shoutout to bartender Maria on a perfect Long Island ice tea and great conversation. Front desk staff are definitely a shining light when you arrive. You’ll be happy with your stay from check-in to checkout. Any issues or concerns are quickly dealt with by the friendly maintenance staff. Great job guys. Look forward to my return weekend. . "

"Very strange check-in encounter. After confirming I booked/paid for a two bed room with a pool I was given the option to wait for my room or choose a room ready now but without the view. I told them I’d wait. An older Indian gentlemen’s came over and told me they don’t have anymore rooms with a pool view or rooms with 2 beds. Confused I told him I felt I should get what I paid for. Silence. The. He told me he had “upgraded” me. “For the kids though. If it was for you I would give you ZERO.” As he makes an O with his hand. I thanked him. Just that during check-in, the counter staff couldn't find my prepayment in the system. Had to dispute it with the manager the next morning as Expedia's virtual agent help services were not helpful. No apology or anything given. Annoying and fustrating experience but the hotel itself was nice for the most part."
