"I had a excellent experience. We arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet but the manager Deon was great at making the right accommodations since the room was ready. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were very comfortable. "

"Our cabin #65 has many carpenter bees buzzing and digging holes in the exterior wall near the deck, table and grill. It was impossible to use the desk and difficult to keep the bees out of the cabin. The inside swimming pool was not functional causing our daughter big disappointment. We were not notified of the swimming pool being out of service until just before our arrival to the resort. I asked Expedia and the resort for some type of credit or other compensation, but we were denied. This resort visit was not very good."
