"My family and I stayed at this home for Thanksgiving, and although the house is a bit dated, we absolutely loved being there. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the spacious front and back yards, and the beautiful, large kitchen. Some of our family joined us both on Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and everyone loved spending time in the backyard by the lake. We would have gone kayaking right from the property, but it was a little too cold during our stay.The owner was amazing and kindly allowed us to check in early. Rachel, the host, was very accommodating and communicated with us so well. Whatever we needed, she was there—quick to answer both calls and text messages.Our 3 days in Jacksonville for Thanksgiving were truly wonderful. We’re already looking forward to our next family gathering, and we will definitely stay at this home again if it’s available. Thank you to both the owner and the host for making our stay so special.
