"The very large TV did not work the entire 4 nights I was there.. I called & was supposed to get a call back in one hour but was not called until 8 hours later. No one was sent out to fix it. There was no microwave. The cup for coffee was ripped open. There was a 7” lizard in my room. The dishes were not sanitized to standards. The host was very unfriendly & sent no microwave, coffee, no TV repair. 4 personal things were taken from my room for which, I was not reimbursed. This one room place was down a narrow alley behind a house on a completely different address.Staying 4 nights, I was given only 2 towels, 2 washcloths & 1 hand towel. One of the bath towels was stained gray in places. I feel I deserve a full reimbursement. I had no TV, no way to warm any food, and the tiny freezer was coated with ice and frost. The place where I was instructed to park was so small with plants that hit my car and made it impossible to open my car door because plants that had sharp points and needed to be cut. The second day I parked a few feet away and was woken up by a man who told me to move my car. I demand my entire payment for this horrible place and no one that fixed ANY of the problems. In all, it was a disaster including the large lizard that was in my room and running and hiding. The last night the lizard ran under the vanity sink in the bathroom and I had to leave and take a shower at the family that I was visiting. It was so stressful and a very awful stay. Refund"
