Great location and clean

Place was very nice. Only complaint is that it is warmer upstairs so be prepared for cooler Pj’s. We even turned her down and shut vents. Otherwise great place to stay.

Very good layout for a trip to Cedar Falls for three couples. Space is easy accessible and 10 minutes to any shopping, dinner or entertainment. Communication with the host could have been better from reservation to check in but everything worked out in the end.

The property was in a good location and convenient for our needs. The cleanliness of the townhome was pretty good but it could have been better. The communication with the host could also have been better. I had to email and call before hearing anything from them. Several questions I had went unanswered.

Had to ask for check-in info. Was given a different address to what was in the listing. Asked about it and yet to hear back from the host. Never received check-out info. Not happy we were given a different place than what was booked with NO communication and STILL NO EXPLANATION!!

I had so much trouble getting in contact with the host for this property. I tried communicating with them months prior to the booking; emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails days before without a response back. I was given the wrong passcode for the property as well and luckily was able to guess the correct one, as they took a long time to reply earlier in the day about checkin.
