Great location for shopping and dining. Only complaint is the bed is to low for a 6’4” person to get out of easily.

UNI Homecoming

This studio was in a great location for all the Homecoming festivities! Easy access to everything and a huge benefit that most was in walking distance! Easy to communicate with the owner & simple check out procedures!

No closet, no dresser, no desk BUT a full size refrigerator

Room was clean (except coffee pot). Many issues with this booking. Coffee pot but no coffee and machine was disgusting - had an old filter. No fire detector, no bathroom fan, bathroom rug prevents bathroom door from closing. No blackout curtains - sunlight comes through which is an issue if you're tring to sleep in once the sun rises. No where to put clothes so had to put dresses on one of the two chairs in the room. The no closet thing will be an issue in the winter with heavy coats etc. - buy a clothes rack and stick in the the bathroom. Full size refrigerator, no ice machine, no ice trays, had to buy ice. Toiletries promised - really weird, two random plastic bottles with tape and handwritten words, shampoo and body wash. Miniature ironing board but no where to put it on except the bed? Very small vanity - no room for products etc. For the cost of 3 nights, the property underperformed in many ways. There are other options in this area which offer MUCH better amenities than this place. It's a pity though since the location is good. Hopefullly they'll bring this property upto the standards befitting of downtown Cedar Falls. Spotty communication with host. Bed was comfortable. I have pictures I'd like to share. It was close to Downtown and easy to walk to different places also the atmosphere made my think I was in a different State it’s pretty cool!

The location was great, just a block off Main St. However, there were a couple issues with the room itself. When we arrived the water to the toilet tank was turned off because it will just continually fill so we had to turn the water on and off every time we had to flush the toilet. Second, the TV remote doesn't work with the TV in the room. Finally a couple small things - the light switch by the front door doesn't seem to turn any lights on and there was some trash left in one of the dresser drawers.

Great host

Room was exactly what we needed where we needed it. We had one issue but I made contact immediately with the host and he had it rectified promptly. Will use this hosts properties again in the future.

First impressions were a bit scary. Could use updates all around and neighborhood had me worried. Bed was amazing. Light fixtures missing and things just not 100%. Expensive for quality.

This room was absolutely disgusting, thankfully we brought our own towels and sheets. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is a literal hole in the wall, from there it only gets worse. The room has a musty smell so bad we had to go buy lysol spray and air fresheners. The bathroom ceiling is missing the fan, there is missing ceiling tile and cracks sealed with I dont even know what. The drawers were disgusting, stained mattress and beat up chair with hairs stuck to it. I cant beileve we even stayed as we had no other option. I tried to take a quick shower and the drain was clogged along with the sink. I grabbed a "provided towel"that had a hole in it! I would rate a 0 if I could. Ive never had anything but positive experiences with VRBO and wasnt expecting a room like this to even be allowed on the app. Will never come back. Dont book here!

it was not furnished as shown in photos. No dresser, side tables, hanging rod for clothes. The paint on the tile floor was flaking off. tears in the window shade were mended with scotch tape. There was a pizza delivery receipt found under the sheet in the bed. I have slept on softer floors than the mattress. It was probably what should be expected for the price, but definitely not as advertised.
