"We enjoyed our stay here… location was nice, since there were plenty of dining options nearby and plenty within walking distance. There were a lot of shops and convenience stores nearby as well. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which was helpful. The staff that checked us in, Amy, was very patient and explained everything in detail, which made our stay easy. The rooms were quiet and offered plenty of space in our deluxe room. We were only on the second floor so we heard a bit of traffic noise in the busy part of the day, but nothing that turned us off from the stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something in the busy area of Seoul. "

"Great location and pricing. Room was small but well appointed. As with other hotels in Korea, once fall hits they kill the air conditioning and the room was hot. The kind staff provided a fan for the room but as this room did not have a large window there was no way to cool the room down. I am not reducing my rating since I knew that the room came without an exterior window when booking. However, management and owners should seriously consider leaving an option for guests to use air conditioning year round, given the constant fluctuations in temperatures despite whatever arbitrary dates are chosen to dictate these changes in their hvac systems. (This happens all over Asia and not just at this hotel). Staff should get 10000000 stars! They were phenomenal from start to finish!!! "
