The check in went well. The room was clean but old. The bed is comfy, I love the pillows and the sheets and the comforter. The room was cold. There was water making noise somewhere over the ceiling. There was musty smell, in the room. in the hallways it looks clean ( 7th floor), but in my stay the hallway smells like urine like somebody peed in it. Breakfast: it was ok for 446.00 pesos per person. Lots of basic breakfast food. I love the deep fried danggit. I love the native Filipino foods like adobos and pancit. The only thing that ruins it for me was the staff policing people wearing slippers. I felt that one staff singled me out for using slippers. But there are many people already had slippers on and more people are coming in with slippers on. And some even still in their pajamas. Felt like I was singled out because I was brown? That guy really ruined my breakfast. Anyway, I don’t mind staying there again because it was cheap and i guess my isolated issue is not gonna happen again?

The room was beautiful, but the AC lights were so bright trying to sleep and also the lights on the phones. The butlers were slow at handling any requests, like i never received the towels, bathrobes we asked for. They charged to go to the top of the building wgivh should be included in your stay. Food was excellent though! Maybe choices for dinner. Japanese resto 10/10, shabu shabu 4/10, Korean 7/10, Chinese 5/10 breakfast buffet 10000/10!

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the uptown area. The bathroom was clean and there was no issue with drainage in the shower...which was really good because there was EXCELLENT water pressure - with hot water! The complimentary breakfast is pretty good, and you can usually find something on the breakfast menu to your liking. However during my stay, there were frequent occasions where hotel maintenance staff were busy addressing physical plant issues. Also, after notifying the front desk several times that our room had no tv network connection, that problem was never addressed. But I would stay there again without hesitation.
