Great value for the price. Great location since it is walking distance to Ayala area. The rooms that we stayed looks older and smelled a bit musty, but it was clean, bed and sheets were comfy. The plastic drinking glasses they had in their bathroom looks old and well worn, and needs to be replaced by glass, since it was dirty to look at. But overall, very good hotel.

A large hotel in the center of Cebu, close to Ayala Center. It seems to attract mostly business travelers. The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room without needing to ask for them.

I’m sure it once was a beautiful property, but the maintenance has gone. Also, some of the amenities weren’t even open yet. We actually left the resort to go somewhere else for our day.
