"The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety to choose. It was fresh, well prepared and presented. The staff was constantly replenishing the food to ensure a constant full dish."

"Great hotel with wonderful staff and meals - buffet breakfast spread was amazing and dinner options were great too. Location was great, within short taxi ride to malls. It was a little busy as the hotel is right on Main Street, and there is always traffic in Cebu! The hotel facilities were good, with a gym and rooftop pool. Overall a great stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms!"

"Breakfast was great with so many options. The only thing I complained is, there was only two bath towels in the room. When I asked for face towel/washcloth, it never came. For two days stay, we never had one. On the first day, our room got cleaned while we were at breakfast even we did not request it to be cleaned as our things were still cluttered as we did not requested it to be cleaned yet. When my daughter and I came back after breakfast, we saw they came and cleaned. And still no washcloth, This was by the way, requested numerous times. "
