"Estávamos em um quarto com alguns problemas, um deles era pingamento no ar-condicionado que deixou o quarto empoçado. Foi resolvido pelo funcionário Cézar que fez a mudança de quarto. Outro não resolvido foram as tomadas onde pareciam que não estavam dimensionadas para 220V. Não era possível carregar celular. Será preciso rever o sistema elétrico. Bom que não houve nenhum problema quanto a queima ou dano na bateria de celular"

"This has to be the most beautiful Pousada in Brazil that I have stayed in. The floral decor compliments the cozy 3 story structure perfectly. "Liguei por volta das 18 horas do dia 12/06/25 para saber se o hotel tinha restaurante, e fui informado que o restaurante do hotel era 24 horas. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 23 horas do mesmo dia fui informado pelo recepcionista que nem restaurante o hotel tem. Um descaso total com o hospede. "Pousada bem localizada, atendimento bom. O café da manhã só começa às 07:30 e os quartos que possuem apartamentos em cima, são muito barulhentos. Quem se incomodar com barulho de pisadas, loquem os de cima. O mais a pousada é organizada, atendimento muito bom, café da manhã com bastante opções de tapiocas e omeletes a serem feitos na hora. "
