Wonderful Central Coast getaway

The house is large, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is perfect: we could walk right into town or down to the beach. The view is also stunning. Perfect older girls' weekend!

Great coast home with space for multiple families!

Nice place

This home was perfect for our family...6 adults and 3 kids, 11, 9, and 6 years old. The kids loved the jacuzzi. Kitchen is nice and large and well equipped and plenty of room in the house for the whole gang.

Great house

Great house for a large family! Best rental we've had so far, while coming to the beach. Celebrated my husband's 55th birthday for the weekend and it was perfect and relaxing!

Spacious and clean

My family and I had an amazing time at this beach house. It was so spacious and had a lot of main living space so it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. it was in a great location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a great amenity that we used in the evening after our days at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely beach and wine getaway

We had 4 couples to stay for a long weekend. We loved Cayucos. Such a sleepy little beach town. The house was great for 8 adults. We were able to spend time together in the large kitchen/den area with a view of the ocean as well as separately in the 4 nice bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home close to everything!

Family trip from Texas to meet up w family in Morro Bay. Home was everything we thought it would be and more! Well equipped, beautiful views and you could hear the sounds of the ocean! Very roomy and cozy!

Gorgeous Vacation Get-Away

This is a beautiful property close to the beach and downtown Cayucos. This was perfect for my out of town guests. The home is spacious with a to die for kitchen/upstairs living space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I’d highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great location, large house

My Mom, sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. The location and house are terrific. The house was very clean and has a large kitchen. One item that should be disclosed up front is that either damage insurance or a credit card deposit is required and that does not appear until you are checking out, which adds to the cost.

If you need a big place with all the amenities this is it. Clean, well kept, wonderful upstairs great room and kitchen with ocean view. Smartly located in Mid Town Cayucos so restaurants and shops are all walking distance even with small children. The hot tub was a nice added bonus and is truly a great way to put a ribbon on beach day. Owner is responsive, commutation was quick from our initial questions all the way through our weeks say and departure. Enjoy this place...we did!

Great for families

Terrific location on a quiet street only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Large deck from which you can see the ocean and which gets an abundance of afternoon sun in the summer. The house has a really nice floor plan with open living spaces on both the lower and upper floors. The kitchen is large with plenty of utensils and plates/bowls. A really nice dining area table which comfortably seats 10 people. Plenty of bedroom space for large families. Overall we had a really great stay. The only drawback is the water pressure is a little low.

Great location and big house

Perfect place to stay in Cayucos and is within walking distance to downtown. Top floor has a fantastic view of the ocean and a large balcony facing west. Lots of room and the downstairs has it's own little living room area, which is great for kids. The kitchen is well stocked and there is an abundance of utensils for just about anything you need. We had a couple of bumps in the road that we encountered that Karl the owner was quick to address and he did this while he was actually on vacation in Hawaii. I felt bad that we were bugging him, but he was very easy to talk to and wanted to make sure we were squared away while staying there. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Spacious House in a Beautiful Town

This house is spacious and comfortable. I don't remember how many guests the listing says it accommodates, but our group of five didn't come close to filling it. It is located a couple of blocks from the ocean, but there is a balcony and front windows with a view of the water. The town of Cayucos was an unexpected treasure. I thought that I was familiar with the towns along the coast, but Cayucos was new to me. It seems like a town that no one got around to improving since, say, the early sixties. That is high praise because Cayucos is now my favorite beach town in California.

The home was great for our family of ten. My hubby did fall going down the inside steps as the last step blends in with the floor so it was hard to see it was a step. No injuries. Suggest a yellow tape on that last step (daughters agreed that they also had almost missed it). Rattan chairs in living room are not very comfortable, but the sectional is great. Overall very nice.

The house accommodates a family well. It’s nicely decorated and clean, the down side was it started raining hard and several windows began leaking and the ceiling started leaking also, we had mop water. The front door wooden stairs to the door has become rickety and the banister is not sturdy. Other frustrating thing was the listing said check out at 11am but received an email the day before check in saying we had to leave by 10am. That’s very early with a family and not what was advertised I tried to contact property manager about the leaks to inform the homeowner the had some issues they should know about but I couldn’t reach anyone
