The person at checking was nice to give us room The person at checking was nice to give us room upgrade with city view but smaller room size than what we originally booked. The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and she made my wife very happy with her professional help . Also Erhant chef at breakfast delivered good service with his sweetness. Overall the entire hotel crew is nice and has great manners. They made our staying feels like home with comfort and satisfaction! upgrade with city view but smaller room size than what we originally booked. A young lady at the front desk, Ms Zeynep, was an absolute pleasure to coordinate my trip with. When I arrived, I was feeling sick from sinus congestion. She understood my condition, allowed me to find a room a bit earlier than usual, and gave me clear instructions for the nearest pharmacy. She consistently checked in on my condition and offered to help in anyway possible. She was great ambassador for Hampton.
