"Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...

"L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙"

"This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station."

When our only option quoted us more than double per night, we ran across the Llama House, which fit our needs perfectly. Great little house, updated decor, 3 bedrooms, residential location only about 5-10 minutes from everything we needed. Super comfortable stay, very clean, and has us thinking about looking for a rental on every trip we take instead of hotels!"

"We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out...

"This property was very cute, it had a lot of unique character. Owners have gone out of their way to nicely decorate the inside and provide you with anything you might need during your stay. Probably one of the best stocked kitchens I have stayed at while visiting a VRBO. The coffee bar was awesome! My daughters loved the loft upstairs. Views from the living room & upper deck were amazing. We sat out there and had coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Communication with the owners...
