The house worked perfect for a weekend guys trip for mountain biking. The location was great. We were a little concerned after we realized the house didn’t have HVAC and it was going to be in the 80’s that weekend, but the 2 portable ac units kept the house cool. One suggestion I would make would be to place instructions for departure somewhere in the home. We didn’t see any, so we went off of memory from other places we have stayed as to what we should do before leaving the home.

Perfect place for one!

Brandie’s place was in the perfect location for what I needed. It was clean, had everything I needed, and had room for me to park my work trailer. The ceiling fans were also nice to help circulate the humid damp air in the evenings.

Very quaint small house in an excellent neighborhood .

This house is perfect for a couples getaway. Also good for those visiting Crystal Bridges and Farmers Market. Looks like there is some renovations being done on the inside. Some parts of house still need some repairs. But generally comfortable.

Great Location!

We came to ride the famous Bentonville trails and visit the museums, both were just a short bike ride or walk from the front door! There was a mix-up and the house had not been cleaned at the time of check-in but the manager responded quickly and promised to reimburse us for the cleaning fee due to our inconvenience. All else was wonderful, we would stay here again!

House was simple, but clean. Suited our needs well as we visited mostly with our son. Bed was "pillowtop" and we are used to firmer mattress. TV was "smarter" than what we were, lol, so couldn't view it. House was very close to downtown, for anyone wanting to spend time there.

Nice place to stay

My aunt and I were in town for a concert and conference so we were out and about for most of our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and she was sweet enough to let us check in a little early and she let us keep our luggage at the door inside the house while we explored after checkout time. We were within walking distance of the town’s many restaurants and activities and we felt safe in the area. The only thing I would suggest is having more hangers for the closet and a towel rack in the bathroom.
