There's a few things that could make it better: If you are staying for multiple days, it would be nice if housekeeping could at least empty the trash and provide additional towels as needed. They never did that. The room did not have a microwave, which is standard in most hotel rooms these days."

The service space is small compared to the amount of people staying at the hotel. We were shoulder to shoulder trying to get coffee and our food. Seating is limited, too."
