Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes all located in a useful location. Pool in jacuzzi were certainly serviceable, you could pay more but why?"
"Reserved for 1 day. Enjoyed the visit so much, stayed 2 more days. Everyone we came in contact with were courteous except one evening person, and even that seemed to be his OFF day. Very limited area to walk dogs but 2 bag stations, yeah, (and still some people didn’t clean up after their dogs)
If I make it back to town, will stay there again. Great restaurants available"
"The renovation they did is poor. The wallpaper under the window is peeling and there is black mold growing on the wall. The mattress is old and the shower head is awful. The outdoor noise from hall way and from the outside from the poor thin old windows is very loud. The updated pictures are not what the property is like in real life. Also if you get a room with a conjoined door then you will hear everything from the other room. "
"The lobby is lovely, as is the staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, we had a bathroom door which did not close. We notified staff 3 times. It had swollen over the years and most like had been reported before. Also, we spent two nights there and we did not get maid service the second day. We had expected that our towels would have been changed. The breakfast is a hot breakfast which is more than many other hotels. Overall, I liked the place especially the beautiful Kachina Doll fireplace in the lobby. If you get room 325, see if the bathroom door works!"
"Clean room, overall very nice. The faucet in the bathroom was a bit loose. The entire unit swiveled when I rotated the handle to adjust the temperature. The TV interface was cumbersome and confusing. No way to select channels by number – no channel numbers were even displayed. I had to page channel until would get to the number that I wanted. If there was a way to fix this, it wasn’t apparent."
