This hotel needs to update it’s amenities.

2 outlets in the entire suite to charge your device, (And no outlets in the bedroom) not comfortable pillows or sheets, no espresso machine, no English TV channels. Breakfast was extremely limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at, and service was not great. Dinner on the other hand was excellent and service was good.

great little hotel, perfect location

stayed for a quick skiing trip back in December. The hotel is simple but lovely, with great service and amazing breakfast (fresh yogurt and local delicatessens, just fantastic). This is a small family run hotel at amazing location, walking distance to everything and lovely town!

Super zentrale Lage in einem für uns überraschend schönen Ort. Neu und modern renoviertes Zimmer. Nur die Glaswand zum Bad hinter dem Bett lässt keinen Lichtschutz dem noch schlafenden Partner.

L'albergo è molto bello, nel centro del paese. Le piste da sci sono facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi ma in ogni caso ci sono bus che fanno servizio continuamente all'interno di Cavalese e con il resto della valle. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, anche la cucina è molto valida. Uniche note "negative" la spa è veramente piccolissima, fortunatamente non c'erano molti ospiti interessati a usarla, e il bagno in camera è separato da una vetrata, molto d'effetto ma può creare qualche imbarazzo se non si è più che in confidenza con i compagni di viaggio.

Hotel w centrum miasta blisko sklepy, bary, restauracja. Skibus 25 metrów od hotelu. Miła obsługa, cicho, spokojnie. W strefie spa czysto i przyjemnie. Pokój nowoczesnym,czysty bardzo przyjemny. Polecam.

Pärla i Cavalese

Ett trivsamt hotell som renoverats varsamt och ger en hög mysfaktor. Tysta rum och en fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Familjär stämning och bra halvpension som passade oss efter vandring och cykling. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i p-hus. Mycket nöjd med hotell och vistelse.

Godt valg

Hotellet er et godt valg - fin beliggenhet og gode fasiliteter! De unge medarbeiderne i resepsjonen ga svært god service. Verre var det med det som antageligvis var sjefen. Hun var mindre hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. I tillegg overprøvde hun sine yngre medarbeidere i deres påsyn. Dette var totalt unødvendig - de ga en langt bedre service i utgangspunktet. (Vi foreslår et rollebytte) Totalt sett er hotellet svært bra - anbefales!

Hotel al centro di Cavalese, con un'ottima soluzione per il parcheggio auto. Personale cordialissimo e premuroso. Camere molto ben arredate. Piccolo centro benessere molto confortevole e funzionale, situtato all'interno dell'hotel con facile accesso direttamente dalle camere. Oltre alla colazione a buffet, il ristorante offre interessanti proposte per la cena.

Vi nød det fint renoverede værelse, som var smagfuldt indrettet. Terrassen var også fin. Der var planlagt en læsestue m.udgang til terrassen, men den var ikke helt færdig.

Si puo' essere piu' professionali

Il soggiorno e' stato buono, ho' trovato un hotel appena ristrutturato ma al passaggio da tre stelle a quattro dovrebbe corrispondere un personale adeguato, la conoscenza di cosa e' un lenzuolo matrimoniale e un ascensore che funziona decentemente.
