Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and two balconies. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with a dining area, lounge, TV and access to the balcony. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), balcony access - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) - Shower room - Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - An east-facing balcony with sea views, furnished with a dining area and a lounge area to enjoy the fine weather. - A second west-facing balcony, accessible from bedroom 1.
The flat is ideally located in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, in a quiet, pleasant setting surrounded by greenery. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
