The villa features five comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and four bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming living area with comfortable seating and a television, while air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace make it easy to stay connected or work remotely if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, and all the essential kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner with ease.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
