"The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived.
The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside.
The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected.
I would not visit this property again.
I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a little strangely configured but decent enough. Our only complaint is the shower was not clean. Mold and buildup. Neither one of us opted to use it. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient. Parking was right across the street so very convenient. "

"Check in is done at the Hotel Joli, 100m up the road, but you can park on the road outside for up to an hour. They do have gated parking available for €12/day, conveniently located at the rear entrance to the hotel.
The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a great view. Bathroom was compact but had everything you need and the shower was great. Breakfast was served at the Hotel Joli, and was pretty tasty, cappuccino prepared on request, fresh croissants, thoroughly enjoyable."
