Clean always my priority. The attached restaurant is good and a reasonable price. Also the cold breakfast buffet at $5 is definitely worth it. I think the building is older as the room was small and the bathroom is tiny but it is functional and again clean. The lady that checked me in was nice and had info for me. Check out was efficient. Free onsite parking which can be a challenge at some locations so that was good. Overall a good value

My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. He woke up and greeted us with a smile and was very friendly; he was clearly exhausted but showed no sign of annoyance or frustration with us. This is clearly a family-run business, and they do a fabulous job with it. It was almost as if he was just glad we made it there safely. After we checked in, he told us to have a good night and laid back down on the couch behind the lobby desk. The next morning, we checked out with ease and we're treated greatly by the woman at the desk. This was a great hotel experience.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was fine but it is in a residential area with little around by way of bars or other restaurants without driving….walking is not easy!

Nice hotel to stay in San Marino with no extra frills. About 4 min drive from the cable car that takes you to the top of the country.

Clean and quiet rooms, with friendly staff and good parking conditions in front of the hotel. The possibility to enjoy dinner in the restaurant was very nice and uncomplicated. Only the salty-part of the breakfast-buffet could be a little bit richer.

Nice place

Easy to find, check in provided in advance online - very easy. Slightly jaded decor but nothing awful. Very pleasant staff. Nice evening meals if rather expensive. Easy parking, easy to get to all directions. I down mark because I hate not having a bath - I just feel unclean in a shower - but it was an ample sized shower but tray was spiked and difficult for standing.

We liked the location and parking facilities, that was why we chosed it. The stay and the room was OK, however the reason for low score was: When we came down for breakfast at aprox 09.25, still 30 min to closing there where no bread and no ham and chese left. Worst was when we took that up with the staff we experienced that they did not seem to bother. After some 10 minutes there came ham and chese but we still had to ask for bread. After a coulpe of tries they came up with some more toast bread which they had stored under the bench. Generally the staff had very litle knowledge in english, and even the simplest questions they had problems in answering - that also goes for the front desk. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening before and the service here was very good

Great staff and air con with restaurant

The hotel was a little further from the centre than we expected, but fortunately we had a car. Parking in front of the hotel was extremely convenient. There were no pavements around the area, so walking was very difficult. I believe the bus passes by though. Parking in the city was exceptionally well managed. We drove towards the centre and were directed to a carpark which had lifts up to San Marino old town. The carpark beside the the cablecar was full, so instead we took the cablecar from the old town down and back. The reception staff are very helpful and speak good English. The rooms are a bit tired and they are renovating them. This makes it difficult to keep them very clean due to both age and dust from the renovation on our floor. We appreciated having a refrigerator in the room and the air con was excellent. There is a restaurant on the ground level which was good. We also went to a Japanese restaurant, one building up the hill from Hotel Rossi, and it was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, but it will be much better when the renovations are completed

Hotel ben ristrutturato come arredi e servizi. Bene collegato con il centro: l autobus 19 porta direttamente al centro di Bologna ( torri) e credo vicino ci sia una fermata che porta alla stazione ( da confermare). Parcheggi lungo la strada (lato opposto) gratuiti dalle 18!alle 8 , poi 2.20 l ora ( parchimetro in una via perpendicolare). L hotel fornisce tutte le informazioni via whatsapp il giorno prima e risponde velocemente ai dubbi. Camera grande, ben illuminata, materasso fantastico, bagno ampio. Presente frigo e grande TV. Chiave con scheda. Abbastanza calda ( dicembre)

Fint o bra hotell med restaurang, god mat. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd på tisdagar men med trevlig personal fick vi bra tips på en restaurang (il monte) med kanon mat till bra pris. En dag med besök på de 3 tornen blev en fullträff.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, sogar in gutem Englisch. Zimmer recht klein, dafür mit einer tolles Aussicht. Leider ist auch der Fahrstuhl sehr klein. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das angrenzende Restaurant ist sehr gut, hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich finde dieses Hotel empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub.

Hotel simples, antigo, mas muito limpo, com um quarto agradável, com um colchão muito confortável. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel e tinha um restaurante antes da portaria. Não comemos lá, mas o cheiro do preparo da comida estava maravilhoso!
