Apartment renovated last March with new furniture (table, chairs, sofa, etc.) and new bedding; sheets and towels included, with Wi-Fi access, located in the heart of the village (Rue Richelieu) on the ground floor, facing east towards the street, with two secure, private, and covered parking spaces in the residence’s inner courtyard. Ideal for large families or groups of friends.The apartment has a total area of 80 square metres and is ideally located. It’s in the town centre, just 50 metres from the ski gondolas; once you’ve parked your car in the two parking spaces provided, you can do everything on foot during your stay. Across from your apartment is a ski rental shop (Sport 2000) with which I have a partnership, allowing you to receive a discount on ski rentals. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a private, secure ski locker. <br>ACCOMMODATIONS:<br>The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. One bathroom features a shower and a toilet, while the other has a bathtub and a separate toilet.<br>You’ll find all the amenities you need for your comfort (a large oven and microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine and a traditional coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, and a Bluetooth speaker to liven up your evenings...). It has 4 bedrooms: 3 with a 140-cm bed and one with bunk beds.<br>Cleaning is not included in the rate, so you must leave the apartment as clean as you found it upon arrival.You’ll have everything you need to clean the apartment. (A cleaning service is available for an additional fee upon request.)<br>I live in Cauterets, so I’m always available if needed. I’ve made sure you’ll have all the comforts of home.
