The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral.

This places is very nice and in a great location. The staff is extremely friendly. Be prepared for a staff that always wants to help you in every way they can is not always expecting something in return. I really enjoyed my stay.
