"It was a lovely and comfortable resort. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. The staff was very helpful with advice on getting into Charlottesville. The property was green and sprawling with animals and a private lake to fish and kayak on. The hotel room was comfortable and well maintained. I would love to come back someday and try the cabins they have!"

"awful! shower peeling and moldy! bedding with cigarette burn hole and broken bed spring poking thru. non smoking room smells smoky. poor soundproofing -noisy hiway 95 and trucks in parking lot running. breakfast is a joke! overcharged pet fee. nothing good!"

"Great place with an incredible view of the lake. Very peaceful surroundings and numerous rooms for privacy. Nice kitchen set up and lots of parking. Met 9 of my college friends to watch NCAA basketball and having numerous cars on site was not an issue."
