"The hotel is not too bad. The main issue is that it’s located outside of town, and a taxi to the city costs $75-$125 depending on your luck. The food is okay. When there’s no buffet, they open one restaurant with the same menu for all seven days we were there. Not so many people speaks or understands English.
On the positive side, the hotel is in a quiet village. They have a nice, clean indoor aqua park and two medium-sized play areas for kids."

"Very good service, quiet and peaceful location. A little bit far from everything. Good and comfortable room. A bit more diversity for the breakfast would be appreciated. "

"I really enjoyed the hotel. It’s very close to the old town of Warsaw. The rooms were clean and no noise from outside. The hotel was on a 2015 list of Michelin star restaurants. Food was delicious! Also, they offer excellent very fulfilling breakfasts. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommend!"
"Wonderful stay at the Sofitel. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. I was put in a disabled room though which did dampen my experience a bit as it felt like it was in the middle of the corridor and the shower was not as premium as it could have been. I paid for a high room but stayed with people that didn’t pay for a high room who were higher than I was, not the end of the world just a bit odd when we were checking in and out the same time.
I was travelling with someone whose birthday it was and contacted the hotel before to try to organise some flowers for them. They were unable to locate them in the system and therefore I had to arrange this when I arrived although the staff were very helpful with this.
The sauna and pool were really lovely and the breakfast was amazing.
I would recommend staying at the Sofitel and would stay there again (although request a non disabled room if possible)."
"Good breakfast and service. The hotel is in need of refurbishment and refurbishment. Parking is a big challenge - you have to park your car on the sidewalk for PLN 130 per day."
"I recently stayed here for a few nights. The hotel itself was clean and the room was pretty large for a single room. The location in Praga was convenient, with very good public transport links (trams and a metro station within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel), and the staff that I encountered were polite and efficient.
However, the room felt quite dated and basic for a 3-star hotel. The bed itself was comfortable enough, but only one small, very soft pillow was provided, with no spare available in the room, which made sleep less comfortable. There was also some constant background noise overnight. The bathroom was okay, but the water pressure from the shower could have been more powerful. I didn't have the breakfast, but hear it is a good offering and fairly reasonably priced too.
Overall, it was a reasonable stay and fine as a base for exploring the city, but not particularly restful."
"The hotel is in a good location for town, bars & restaurants. The pool looks bigger in the promotional photo's and needs cleaning. The gymnasium is state of the art and one of the best I have ever seen. The sauna is also very good.
We thought our room had views of the city, but it was just the blocks of flats outside.
The big down side to this hotel is the noise, especially from families with children. The children running and shouting in the corridors is a nuisance. The cleaning staff ignore it and say nothing. Maybe the hotel should inform families when they check-in to show respect to other paying guests! Noise from the rooms above (loud walking) woke me up early 3 mornings out of 4 and again was very annoying.
The bar was very expensive. Approx €20 for a beer and a hot chocolate."
"Good location, 20min walk to old town, close to shopping and with good public transportation.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable."
