"Exceeded Expectations — Excellent Location for Visiting Montreal The Sandman Hotel Montréal-Longueuil exceeded our expectations. It is not directly in downtown Montreal, but that is actually part of its appeal. The Metro is only a few steps away, making it an excellent base for trips into downtown Montreal and other parts of the city without the trouble of driving and parking. The hotel was clean, comfortable and free of unpleasant odours, which is always one of the first things I notice. Our room was quiet overall, apart from some children making noise for a short time, but it did not last long and did not affect the stay. The staff were excellent throughout: friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant staff also stood out for being pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was acceptable if you are in a hurry, though not something I would choose as a leisurely meal. The location is the real strength here. With the Metro so close, the hotel works very well for sightseeing, business travel, or anyone wanting convenient access to Montreal without staying right downtown. Overall, this was a practical, clean and well-run hotel, and I would highly recommend it."

"Great location! What I liked was the grocery store located next to the hotel and Starbucks down below outside of the lobby. The adjacent door to the room next to ours , I could hear the people next door very clearly. We were on the 20th floor, got some great pics. The shower was great. Pleased with the facility and location."

"I stayed at the hotel for one night and was very pleased with the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and well maintained. There was some confusion regarding breakfast, as I was under the impression that it was included with my stay. Additionally, I encountered an issue when the battery in my room door lock stopped working. As a result, I was unable to access my room and had to wait approximately 35 minutes for the battery to be replaced. Fortunately, I was not on a tight schedule, but the delay was somewhat inconvenient. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location was convenient, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, I had a positive stay and would consider returning in the future."
