Le gérant de l'hôtel s'est montré adorable et nous a aidé à trouvé une voiture de location un jour de dimanche de Pacques quand toutes agences étaient full ou fermées, grâce à lui nous avons pu aller voir Etna ! Le staff est adorable, possibilité de checkin plus tot, super literie ! Bruyant le matin avec la circulation, mais je recommande 100% "

"I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. She also provided a great list of local restaurants, which was very helpful for...

"Friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Location is very central to tourist attractions. There's a cafe, bar and a restaurant just a few yards away. Staff has also arranged a taxi for us going back to the airport and very responsive to queries as well. "
