The Property:
“Mi casa tu casa” is a recently renovated apartment located in an elegant building. The spaces are modern, bright, and designed for maximum relaxation:

- Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms with showers, and a laundry area.

The apartment is located on Via Giovanni Lavaggi, just 50 metres from the lively Viale Mario Rapisardi, an area with plenty of bars (including late-night options), supermarkets, and shops.
- On Foot: In 10 minutes, you can reach Villa Bellini, the city’s green lung. A 20-minute scenic walk will take you to Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo, and the aromatic historic fish market.
