Nice newly renovated apartment in the historic center

70sqm apartment on the first floor of a 50s building just renovated in the historic center. It can be reached by an external staircase. In the sleeping area there is a parquet floor and in the living area it is provided with tiles. Sleeping area 2 bedrooms, one double, one single and a bathroom. Living area on the second level, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and a nice panoramic terrace. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IS BRIGHT AND EQUIPPED. THE ROOMS ARE ALL AIR CONDITIONED. The kitchen is 'suppliers of pots and pans, basic supply for cooking, such as salt, sugar, vinegar, oil and coffee'. Guests have exclusive and total use of the house. You could have the possibility of another bed through a sofa in the dining area. Upon request, a transfer service to and from the airport is provided, costing 20 euros for up to 3 people and 25 for 4
