Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though.

This property would be five stars if the following were implemented: 1. Provide a higher quality mattress. 2. Improve the internet in the unit. The wifi did not work in the bedroom. Internet speed is a 2/10 in the living room. 3. The bathroom is a bit awkward with the mirror so low that you have to sit on the toilet to comb your hair or shave. I’d recommend a full length mirror in the bedroom to accommodate. Things that I appreciated: 1. Clear, easy, and consistent communication via WhatsApp. 2. Complimentary bottle of wine 3. Friendly and accommodating staff

숙소는 깨끗하고 스태프들도 친절했으며, 무엇보다 위치가 시내 중심부와 가까워서 편했습니다. 다만, 샤워부스가 너무 좁아서 아주 많이 불편했습니다. 일반적인 성인 남성은 자기 발을 닦을수 없을 정도입니다. 상체를 숙이면 엉덩이가 벽에 부딪혀 몸을 구부릴 수 없습니다. 본인이 건장한 남자면서 좁은 공간에서 몸을 구부리는 제주가 없다면 씻기를 포기하세요. 다음으로 주차는 길가에 하면 된다고 했는데, 이게 아주 큰 스트레스 입니다. 무료주차든 파란색 선안의 유료주차든 당신은 길가에 차를 세워두고 빈 주차공간을 찾기 위해 최소 삼십분은 기다려야 합니다. 로컬 거주자들 조차 차를 세워두고 빈자리를 찾기 위해 기다리고 있는데 이들과 경쟁해야합니다. 아니면 숙소와 거리가 먼 다른 주차장에 주차하는게 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 방법입니다.

Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Très bon emplacement, centre ville, restaurants et supermarché à côté un peu bruyant mais normal en centre ville et difficile de se garer Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, tout le nécessaire est présent, suffisant pour 2 nuits En axe d’amélioration le manque de chaises (que 4 de disponible), literie très ferme On a passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement

Zum Glück haben wir ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt eine Garage gefunden, gleich oberhalb des Piazza Trento. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und preislich sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr schön und eignet sich gut für 4 Personen. Nach 3 Tagen wurde alles gereinigt und die Betten frisch bezogen und die Frottewäsch ausgetauscht. Einfach Toll

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal für Familie. Kleiner Nachteil ist, das es nur 1 kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette für beide Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Kommunikation mir Ferrini office war hervorragend!

Ho soggiornato per quattro notti in questo miniappartamento vicinissima a via Etnea. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla pulizia e dall’arredamento, moderno ma allo stesso tempo caldo ed accogliente. Ottima impressione all’arrivo, con la signora che ha fatto un’introduzione sia delle caratteristiche dell’appartamento che della città. Nella zona giorno è presente una cucina con angolo cottura frigo bollitore e lavatrice. È presente persino una moka e del caffè Illy. In omaggio pure una bottiglia di vino. La camera da letto è situata dietro una parete di legno a scomparsa. Ottimo il Wi-Fi Il rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Infine, sebbene non sia presente in loco una reception, sono stati molto premurosi, informandosi via whatsapp se tutto andasse bene In conclusione , se venite a Catania suggerisco decisamente i loro appartamenti!

Come sempre Ferrini ha confermato il proprio stile,unico, curato nei minimi dettagli .Pulizia impeccabile,gli arredi e l’atmosfera intima rende magico il soggiorno! Unica pecca il piano cottura ad induzione non molto funzionante.Torno sempre molto volentieri nelle loro location!

Abbiamo pernottato presso questa struttura dal 19 al 24.09.2017, appartamento nuovissimo, molto pulito.Personale che ci ha accolto gentile e disponibile. Situato in zona molto vicina al centro, raggiungibile con una camminata di cinque minuti.

L'appartamento era perfetto, come da descrizione del sito. Comodo per visitare il centro di Catania, e vicino a delle zone di parcheggio. Dotato di climatizzazione, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli.
