"The staff was wonderful - very responsive and friendly. The apartment was quiet while being just steps away from Via Etna with all the historical sights, restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores were close by as well as the fresh food markets. We used the pull-out couch and it was comfortable. We also used the small terrace every day. There is no view but we enjoyed feeling like we were part of the neighborhood. "

Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple. Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay. "
