"Este hotel esta super bien ubicado cerca a las lineas del tren y el bus publico , el hotel es muy lindo y siempre tiene un olor muy rico. La gente es muy amable. Aunque se que esto es dificil de controlar recomiendo poner en la parte baja de las puertas un protector se insectos para que no puedan entrar a las piezas ya que durante mi estadia una cucaracha bastante grande estaba en el pasillo de nuestro piso y al ver que mi esposo la iba a matar se metio a una de las piezas porque el espacio es amplio. Desde ese dia pusimos unas toallas en el piso que taparan este espacio y evitar que algun animal entrara a nuestra pieza pero en realidad no deberia de ser asi. Quiero dejar claro que nuesto cuarto estaba impecable y que el hotel es hermoso y muy limpio... la cucaracha pudo haber salido de cualquer parte asi que mi comentario no esta dirigido a la limpieza si no a avitar que estos animales entren a los cuartos debido al espacio entre el piso y la puerta."

"I normally don't give reviews a second chance, but this place was very welcoming. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel, but then again, it is the main downtown. We ignored the outside vendors and headed down to the plaza. The staff was amazing, the rooms, although small, were very comfortable, and after an 11-hour flight, we slept like babies! On our way back home, we stopped by for another night at the same hotel. We got in at 7 am, and check-in was not until 3. We just needed a place to store our luggage, but they had a room ready and were more than willing to let us check in with no additional costs. That allowed us to walk the town before all the other tourists showed up. The only issue that we faced was the loud slamming of the doors from other guests. It is posted on the door to "please shut the door gently," but some people do not read the postings. On my next trip to Barcelona, I will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is very chic and inviting with its vibe, loved the aesthetics. We stayed at the gothic center before our cruise and one night here after. This hotel I preferred although not in the city center you it’s a good location as well easy access to a bus to go back to airport."

"Front desk staff was not a pleasant experience. The TV didn’t work the first night and the rest of the nights had the incorrect name on it. I loved our room and the rooftop. The restaurant was more than half empty and they wouldn’t seat us because they said they had reservations. The bar seats should be reserved for walk in hotel guests at least. The food was really good that we tried for room service."
