"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. I spent half an hour listening to a little girl and a middle aged woman happily chatting away together, from their respective balconies on opposite sides of the street!! Breakfast was fabulous, one of the best I have had! Oh, and the lift was glass!"
