"Hotel is cheap and close to the busy area. Owners were amazing and hooked us up in so many ways. They rented us a cheap motorbike, booked our tour, translated phrases to get us back to the airport in Hanoi, and got us a taxi. Won us over for sure. The hotel is good but the service is amazing. "
