Really surprised by this place. Really hidden away. The room was lovely and clean and nicely decorated, very modern. Only downfall was the chargeable parking, shame but not the end of the world as it was £5 for 24 hours…just didn’t expect it. Would definitely stay here again

Had a great time. I enjoyed the hotel very much. Nice staff,very helpfull,polite. Clean room,comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel for business trips,but also for sightseeing and making trips to other cities. Good connection with the bus to Castleford train station. Shops in the area and junction 32 outlet shopping including cinema and multiple restaurants. Also parks and nature in the area for nice walks. Thank you for the nice stay

Lovely big room with a roomy shower. Reception lady on her own so was checking in and service at the bar, but no issues. Restaurant opposite just a 2min walk, food there was lovely. Hotel is CARD only. Parking is £5.

Nice hotel and convenient

Staff all friendly, food was Ok, room was nice. Not sure on the overall black theme going on as came across very dark especially the black light switches making it difficult to find them in the dark. Overall though, happy to use again.

We had a nice warm welcome on arrival . Breakfast was pretty good served by a well mannered woman and it was freshly cooked . The room was clean bed was comfortable shower was powerful and hot. The only downside and this is not the ibis it’s the pub that’s in front Prince William it was pretty poor.

Clean, friendly lovely place to stay

Stayed the night while visiting friends for a birthday party. Lovely service from friendly people (they even helped me wrap up a birthday present for me! Room was convienient and clean. Sadly no food service available at the weekends, however a lovely pub \ resturant next door. My only pain point was having to pay for parking which I beleive was £8, seemed a little cheaky to me.

Friendly staff. Nice modern room although smelt of damp. Hallway to rooms was very dark so not very pleasant. It didn’t have the hotel feel I normally get when I visit other hotel chains, it didn’t have an instant welcoming feel.

Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The large smart TV was an added welcome bonus. Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. Staff seemed friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in. 8/10
