"Check in was a bit confused as I’d booked 2 rooms and the gentleman on reception got a bit muddled with room numbers. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked good but water pressure was a bit weak and shower head a bit clogged with limescale. I wasn’t very happy that paper cups were provided for the tea and coffee making. They were very flimsy and not really strong enough for their purpose. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The seedy bread was especially good! We also went to the restaurant next door and can highly recommend that too."

The town is a short drive or a long walk down the hill and is great as well. Had all the things we needed. Plus fun things like a fondu set that we used. I dream of returning here some day. "
