"Accueil très agréable, petit-déjeuner 5 étoiles, gîte situé dans une rue très calme et pratique pour se garer mais proche du centre de la commune. Je note juste que mon choix de chambre (Léontine) n’a pas été respecté au profit d’une autre personne : même si les tarifs sont les mêmes, j’avais pourtant choisi cette chambre car j’avais vu qu’elle était à l’étage (plus sécurisant pour moi) et que la salle de bain était plus cosy. "I remain convinced that Hotel ChaChaCha is the best, cleanest, nicest boutique hotel in Nantes. The amenities are all brand new, the breakfast is high quality, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a special one. They give excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and are genuinely interested in assisting you if you ask. This hotel is underrated and one of the best deals around. I can't wait to return!"
