"Staff was courteous and helpful during our entire stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, but the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Certainly looking forward to staying here again!!!"

"Although there were only 7 cars at the hotel. And I put a note in my resignation to be put on the bottom floor,we got a second floor room. The person at the desk could not move us to the bottom floor with out the manager’s approval. I have bad knees and the stairs are very difficult. I do not like to ask for a handy cap room because there are people that need them more than me. I will not stay at this hotel again."

"Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Nothing super special about the breakfast but it’s pretty common. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our room overlooked the roof of the indoor pool area, with a chimney- no other view. For the price we payed, and for how old the property is, we should have had a few of the woods or the lake. The property is really outdated. The parking lot, sidewalks, some fencing, the resort sign on HWY 61 needs a serious makeover. We walked along the lake shore each morning and evening, which was fine to see the sunrise and sunset, but the beach needs cleaning up of sticks, wood logs, and large debris. You can hear people talking through the walls of the room. I tried contacting the front desk and was asked to contact my complaint through Expedia for some form of refund. I'm still waiting on it."

"The cabin was super cozy and clean! It had everything that we needed. The location was also perfect. We could walk to restaurants, a brewery, and a lighthouse. There is a path that runs along Lake Superior that is right across the street. The views of Lake Superior were amazing!"
