The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and by the water. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over 2 steps and a 14 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Castiglione della Pescaia, district Rocchette. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The Camping Village has been offering open air holidays for more than 50 years in a unique place immersed in the Mediterranean colors and scents and the sounds of nature, just 150 meters from the sea and 7 km from Castiglione della Pescaia. An excellent strategic position in the famous Rocchette district for visiting the Maremma and the art cities that surround us (Siena, Pisa, Florence, Rome). A professional team welcomes you and is at your disposal during your stay. Offering a private beach, swimming pools and lots of sports facilities, Camping Village is on the coast of the Maremma area of Tuscany, 200 metres from Le Rocchette Beach.

Camping Village offers bungalows and apartments, all air conditioned and with a private entrance. You will find a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV and a balcony or patio.

It is easy to find your way around the Camping Village as it is divided into streets named after flowers. The main square area is brand new and features 2 swimming pools, one with one with spray park, 2 Padel court, a Tennis and 1 beach volley - beach sport Sup and Canoa. There is also an amphitheatre for evening entertainment and 2 restaurants overlooking the pool. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. At the campsite you will also find a five-a-side football pitch, a beach volleyball court, two padel tennis courts, a tennis court and the new bike corner where you can rent bikes and organize excursions to immerse yourself in the wildest nature of the Maremma.

In the high season there is paid medical assistance available daily at set times in our infirmary. The doctor is available during the day, while the first aid service and the nearest pharmacies are in Castiglione della Pescaia, just a few minutes from our premises. The local hospital is in Grosseto and is about 30 kilometres away. In summer: Tyrrhenian Sea 150 m in Rocchette (private beach 150 m in Rocchette with sand). Tennis in Baia Azzurra 1 m. Horse riding, diving each 7 km in Pian d’Alma. Dog beach in Rocchette 300 m. Water sports available at SUP and canoe rental on the beach 150 m. A pleasant walk through the typical greenery of the Tuscan Maremma leads you to our beautiful sandy beach, warm and golden thanks to the Rocchette sun.

The shore of our sea slopes gently, its shallow water encourages long baths and endless swimming practice for the little ones, all under the supervision of our lifeguards.

Part of the beach is equipped with parasols and sun loungers for hire, the other is free and open to the public.

The paid beach service includes the use of one parasol and two sun loungers.

Our equipped beach is open from 20 April to 13 October (except in adverse weather conditions).
