"The property reminded me of the movies I’ve seen about Tuscany. The property is a working farm producing olive oil and incredible wine. The breakfast was delicious and dinners sensational. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ve traveled a lot and this was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The host went out of his way to help us when we had car issues, I can’t say enough about how fabulous our stay was!"

"Séjour d’une nuit, correct mais sans plus. Café / thé proposé gratuitement à notre arrivée. Chambre confortable avec vue sur le garagiste du coin, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Concernant le dîner, repas du soir possible sur place moyennement un tarif minimum de 25€ par personne, à majorer de 5€ lorsque c’est de la viande locale qui est proposée. Pour cette somme (30€/pers) nous avons eu un plat de pâtes à la Bolognaise, des tranches de viande rouge (locale) avec des pommes de terres rôties, 1/4...

"I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. The nearby small towns have some excellent restaurants. A terrific place to stay if you're planning on visiting any number of the regions hill towns. Convenient to highways, little traffic. "

"Un alloggio dal quale siamo fuggiti. Il bagno come in un vecchio ospedale sporco e non ripristinato. Bidet fuori uso. Perdite umide dai muri e inadeguata la stanza, la signora gerente che ci ha accolti con sgarbo e superficialità, oltre a richiedere il rimborso abbiamo richiesto un voucher ad expedia per poter rimediare a questo spiacevole inconveniente con sue bambine a bordo. Mosche morte ovunque, mi sono attrezzata con molte foto per riprendere anche gli infissi aperti e la doccia distrutta....

"It was more that what we have expected for. It's Italian local family owned the place, so the food and wine were great and the stuff are very friendly. "

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
