At first I was bummed out as the room they offered us looked nothing like the room online in the ad. But they kindly changed the room and it was lovely. The food was perfect the setting was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for some peace and quiet in a very serene setting! Front desk staff very friendly and hotel manager Ricardo is gracious and knows everything about the extensive property and it’s interesting history. Stayed here for close to a week for my 50th and honestly I didn’t want to leave. A true gem! A gazillion stars!

If you’re in need of a relaxing retreat style stay, this place is absolutely incredible. The detail oriented staff is extremely kind and will take care of you! Having a car is very helpful to visit villages in nearby areas. Cannot recommend this place enough.

One of the most beautiful and peaceful hotels I’ve been to! Service was great, with an extremely attentive and helpful staff. The rooms are pristine, clean, decorated so tastefully and well equipped. The food from the hotel’s restaurant is healthy and delicious. We visited the farm on property where they source their food from which was a great experience. Pool, tennis courts, spa - all top tier. The grounds itself are absolutely stunning. It was exactly what we were looking for during our relaxing stay in Umbria.

Positive Eindrücke: -Wunderschöne Anlage:Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt,weitläufig&bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen -Zimmer:Geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet& sauber -Ausstattung:Tennisplatz, Fitnessraum, Spa -Service-Extras: Kostenfreies Laden des Autos Verbesserungspotenziale: -Servicequalität:Der Service wirkte unorganisiert&wenig aufmerksam. Gepäck musste sowohl bei An-als auch Abreise selbst transportiert werden -Sprachkenntnisse:das Englisch des Servicepersonals ist sehr eingeschränkt, Kommunikation schwierig -Aufmerksamkeit am Pool:Poolhandtücher blieben den ganzen Tag liegen, obwohl genügend Personal vor Ort war. Musik am Pool fehlte&das Wasser war sehr kalt -Gastronomie&Service:Keine proaktive Bedienung, Wünsche müssen aktiv selbst geäußert werden,Mehrfach falsche oder vergessene Bestellungen -Frühstück recht eintönig (Ei-Variationen&Kuchen),individuelle Wünsche werden kaum umgesetzt,Teller wurden oft nicht zeitnah abgeräumt,sondern viel später -Ungenutzte Potenziale:Auf dem großen Anwesen gäbe es viele Möglichkeiten für zusätzliche Angebote wie Barbecues,Weinverkostungen -Service-Niveau:Für ein Hotel mit Michelin-Stern fehlt es deutlich an professioneller Serviceausbildung&Präsenz des Personals,auch wenn dieses stets freundlich und bemüht ist Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit toller Anlage, ideal für 1–2 Nächte,wenn man Ruhe sucht&entspannen möchte. Preis-Leistung passt jedoch nicht–besonders wegen der deutlich ausbaufähigen Servicequalität.
